Projects can vary in value from £2m through to £10m and are across public buildings, commercial, leisure sectors. As the lead member of the Compliance team, you will be involved in all aspects of technical operations and play a vital part in the smooth delivery of our services, Heading up the Compliance, and Inspection and Testing Dept.

You will be involved in the Pre and Post Construction technical compliance of major projects across UK and Ireland, and head up a team of 4-6 Testing Engineers

The successful candidates will have a solid technical background, will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work closely with other team members, suppliers and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Someone who can actively promote efficient practices and adapt to meet goals and objectives within a team.
• Voice and implement continuous improvements across the range of the business.
• Record accurately and in detail, technical information as necessary within the scope of a project.
• Resolve technical and non-technical obstructions within a working project in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
• Good Working Knowledge of Amtech Testing Software
• NIC EIC Qualified for UK Jurisdiction (Essential)
• RECI QS for ROI Jurisdiction
• Experience of QA/QC Role
• Ability to adapt to various environments with varying clients’ needs
• Experience with risk assessments and safe working practices
