Customer Service Administrator - Belfast

On behalf of our client a leading utilities contractor in Belfast City Centre the CSR Group are seeking to appoint an experienced Customer Services Administrator.  This is an exciting opportunity for a someone who is willing to grow and develop within the business.

 

The successful candidate should have previous experience in a similar role, strong communication skills and an eye for detail.

 

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Process orders
  • Managing customer accounts
  • Dealing with queries in timely manner
  • Communicating with customers via email and telephone.
  • To provide customer service and administration support to the functional departments within the business.
  • Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems, and devising ways to streamline the existing            processes.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
  • Manage schedules and deadlines to ensure they are met or exceeded.

Essential Criteria: 

  • Previous experience in a similar role
