Contracts Manager - Specialist Contractor

My client, a very busy Specialist Contractor from NI are on the market for an experienced Contracts Manager.

With extensive experience within a similar role, you will be tasked with planning, organising and ensuring each project is controlled and handed over on time, within budget and to an acceptable standard.

Building or Fit Out or Refurb or a Manufacturing background experience considered

Essential Criteria:

• At least 5 years previous experience working as a Contracts Manager in a construction/ manufacturing industry
• GCSE or equivalent qualification in English and Maths
• Good computer literacy including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication, negotiating and influencing skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Must be prepared to undertake travel as part of the role
