Construction Administrator

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator with an excellent work ethic to work as part of a well-known building contractor.

Duties to include:

  • Typing and formatting reports with an analytical eye
  • Assist with other office tasks such as invoicing
  • Diary Management
  • General administration - scanning/ filing
  • Assist with PQQ Submissions
  • Health & Safety Admin

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a long term prospect within the construction industry.

Skills required:

  • Excellent IT skills, particularly MS office
  • A very keen eye for detail
  • A professional telephone manner
  • The ability to learn quickly
  • An excellent work ethic and willingness to ask for work if required
