CSR are currently working on behalf of a Specialist Subcontractor, to recruit for a Commercial Manager. You will be joining a successful commercial team based in their head office based in Co Antrim. Specialising in architectural glazing, this clients projects range from £150K to £10M and operate throughout the UK.

As the Commercial Manager you will take the lead on all aspects of each project.  

Manage the commercial team

Build and maintain relationships with contractors and clients

Understand and determine processes and regulations

Identify risks and resolutions that m ay effect schedules

Attend meetings

The person:

Degree qualified with a minimum of 5 years’ experience within a Quantity Surveying role

Experience of managing 2-3 junior surveyors

A good understanding of forms of contracts especially JCT, NEC3 & GW

Strong negotiation and communication skills

String IT skills to include all Microsoft Office packages
