Civil Site Manager – Wicklow

The CSR group is looking to recruit a Civils Site Manager for a residential project in Wicklow. Looking for an experienced Site Manager to take on from green field to completion. A great opportunity to join a leading residential developer.

The Role

·         Ensure that works are carried out in compliance with planning, health and safety and environmental standards and to a high quality

·         Take have full responsibility for project out-turn from tender stage through construction and handover.

·         Manage the site team

·         The successful Site Manager will be responsible for the day to day operations on site.

·         Civils Background

·         Residential experience highly beneficial

·         Excellent attention to detail

·         Good team leader

·         Critical-thinker and problem-solver

·         Strong time management skills.
