Civil Quantity Surveyor – West Of Ireland

One of Irelands leading Civil Engineering contractors is currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team

The Successful candidate will be working alongside senior Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers on a number of landmark projects throughout the west of Ireland.

You will work on projects from start to final handover while dealing with clients on a regular basis.

Operating for over 50 years, the company has built a reputation as one of Irelands most reputable building and civil engineering contractors.

They work on a diverse range of projects in sectors including:

·         Infrastructure

·         Utilities

·         Rail

·         Roads / Highways

The Role

·         Preparation and agreement of accounts

·         Cost management

·         Variations

·         Value Engineering

·         Measurement

·         Subcontractor management

Criteria

·         Degree in relevant construction discipline

·         5 years’ + experience working as a QS

·         Experience working on heavy Civils projects is preferable
