Civil Engineer Required – Kettering

CSR have recently been retained by a prestigious and highly successful civil contractor from Ireland to source a a Civil  Engineer for a large project based in Kettering. Joining a competent and professional team you will be involved in all aspects on £multi-million projects.

This is a permanent role with the contractor that offers a very attractive pack

The role

  • Extensive experience of civil engineering / construction works with a Contractor
  • Provide timely and accrete reports
  • Able to write up inspection report
  • Civil Engineering / construction Qualification HNC or higher
  • Knowledge of safety and environmental legislation
  • Experience on organising men and ordering materials
  • Capable of managing complex projects with min supervision
  • Experience in working in a fast paced and intense environment - desirable
  • Experience in managing quality systems - desirable
  • Support all business objectives
  • Keep good relationships with everyone on site and also clients
  • Ensure that works are accurately and clearly set out before work is programmed to commence

 

Desirable Criteria

•             Experience with Highway Engineering Construction Methodology.

•             Experience of working to ISO accredited standards.

•             Knowledge of CDM, preparation of RAMS.

•             1 – 5 years relevant site experience
