Our client, a top 5 Consultancy based in Belfast. are currently seeking a self-motivated construction professional to join our multi-disciplinary team, package around £24k and there will be nationwide Travel required.

You will be at least HND qualified, with a minimum of one-year construction safety experience with a full understanding of design and construction processes and procedures. Our clients expanding client base includes infrastructure, retail, residential, healthcare, education, defence & justice. 

You will hold a NEBOSH General Certificate, or NEBOSH Construction Certificate and working towards an appropriate membership level in the Association for Project Safety or working towards an appropriate category within IOSH  .

You must be able to demonstrate a good standard of professional expertise, practical competence and problem-solving capability and experience, flexibility, commitment and excellent inter-personal skills.

Key Accountabilities 

• Responsible for maintaining computer / office/ project records;
• Acts as a point of contact for the department / project;
• Conducts site visits and CDM Conformity Checks;
• Delivers specific CDM / H&S  project work across multiple projects.

• General knowledge of professional area (CDM / H&S);
• Sufficient grasp of current legislation;
• Reliable technical abilities / input;
• Proactive to new skills and learning;
• Commitment to ongoing development as the demands of the role requires.
