Are you an experienced Building Services or Mechanical Contracts Manager? Or do you have mechanical experience and are looking to move into an M&E Coordinator position? Perhaps you are currently commuting back and forth to England/Scotland every week and would like to remain closer to home?

Services provided by the firm range from general contracting, house-building, as well as civil engineering to shopfitting. As Building Services Manager you will use your proven commercial acumen and mangement skills to deliver on critical projects for the company across the island of Ireland.

Mechanical bias essential as is background as M&E Coordinator or Mechanical Contracts Manager, ideally with third level certification e.g. Diploma in Building Services. Frequent visits to site in Northern Ireland required.
