The role:

This Surveying role for this Belfast company is a perfect opportunity for a Junior surveyor wanting to get into the private sector to work on Commercial and residential projects within a team of strong Building Surveyors, Quantity surveyors and project managers.

Preferred Requirements

·         Asbestos Surveying experience (P402 Qualified)

·         Commercial or Social Housing experience

·         Client facing background

·         Occasional travel to Dublin or London (Possibly once every 2/3 weeks maximum)

General Responsibilities/Duties

·         Design and Specification including preparation of drawings

·         The undertaking of a wide range of building surveying duties

·         Carry out surveys, schedules, inspections and overall management

·         Attending meetings with clients and other specialists

·         Management of projects in Northern Ireland

·         Management of project teams

·         Contributing  your technical skills to the team in improve quality of the work

·         Client focused

·         Delegating where necessary

·         Managing small to medium scale projects
