The Role:

Following an increase in workload winning various Design & Build Contracts the opportunity for a new Architectural BIM Manager has now arisen within the company.

The main duties/responsibilities of the role include:

·         Managing project design development alongside the client

·         Coordinating various elements of the design including MEP and AV

·         Working parallel with the operations team to ensure design costs are within the budget

·         Regular progress reports

·         Ensuring production information is accurate and efficient in accordance to the programme and regulations

·         Planning and heading up design workshops

·         Working in accordance with the Project Manager

The Candidate

Ideally the candidate will have post-grad experience as an Architect or Technologist. They must have extensive knowledge of current building regulations, BIM processes and proficient in Autodesk Revit.

Strong communication and management skills will also be vital alongside self-motivation and initiative in the work place, keeping calm under pressure.
