Brief Overview

Initially, this role will commence within the Customer Services team on a large contract dealing with contractors, clients and customers. The role will involve connecting clients and customers in given areas using various in-house systems. Good organisation and a keen eye for detail is of huge importance in this role.

Strong IT and mobile phone knowledge is also essential as the role will involve setting up customers to the mobile working systems on phones and tablets. Excellent customer service and communication skills are vital due to constant communication with a large number of different people from clients, customers or site operatives.

 

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Work as a team member to achieve personal and business targets, promoting team working within the department
  • To ensure that all necessary paperwork and documentation is accurately completed and available to provide management information on work undertaken and system reliability
  • Ensure all monthly KPI’s are met and paperwork forwarded to Client in a timely manner
  • Ensuring all contract documentation is promptly and accurately recorded in line with contract requirements
  • Track sheets – input daily
  • Gathering of information for monthly reports

·         To work within the Customer Service Team to support other departments within the business with admin work, reporting etc. Liaison with field engineers and organisation of the general contract administration.

 

Essential

  • Strong Computer literate Microsoft applications Excel and Word.
  • Must be a methodical and organised person
  • Diligent and thorough in review and entry of data onto IT systems.
  • Ability to work independently or within a team
  • Flexible, can-do attitude.
  • Possess excellent communication skills with an ability to deal with the general public, contractors, suppliers, and other outside bodies.
  • Delivery of high quality administration service

 

Advantageous

 

  • Previous experience with bespoke systems and planning of daily tasks.
  • Knowledge or experience of Norther Ireland Street Works system Symology

 

Finally..

 

Graduates from Mechanical or Civil Engineering disciplines will also be eligible to qualify for this companies graduate engineering scheme and become a field engineer in due course as well. Coming from one of these backgrounds is advantageous but not essential.
