CONSTRUCTION


Site Manager - £3M New Build


CSR Construction has an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to run a New Build project from start to handover. The company has been established for over 40 years and boasts an excellent reputation within the construction industry. The contractor offers everything from design and construction right through to refurbishment and retro-fitting, working on a diverse range of projects including; Retail, Healthcare, Hospitality, Commercial, Residential, Educational and Leisure. There is a pre-cast structure to this project. Minimum 3 years' experience as a Site Manager is required. Highly competitive salary and package on offer. Flights, living allowance and accomidation are included in this package.


Requirements



  • Previous £2M+ project experience

  • Ability to work on own initiative

  • Strong team building skills

  • Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry important

  • Strong budgeting and financial management skills

  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills


Responsibilities



  • Reporting to the Contract Manager

  • Ability to deliver project on time and to perfection

  • Produce accurate, consistent and professional records, reports and general information

  • Ensuring that end product meets customer's expectation in relation to build and finish
