Project Manager - Top Tier


CSR Construction is delighted to be working with one of Irelands leading building construction companies. They have the requirement to bring on a Project Manager to head the team in the delivery of a project over €27M. With this role you will manage the onsite team, who are charged with the day to day running of the project. The successful Project Manager needs to be self-motivated, to work unsupervised on programming, planning and technical assessments. You will need to be able to interrogate drawings and information to look at the build ability and practicality of the current design. Reasonable IT skills is required and the ability to work with clients, suppliers, site staff and sub-contractors, so good oral and written communication skills are essential. Based in Northern Ireland 2 days and on site for 3 days. Excellent career opportunity for someone Senior or someone who has a strong engineering background and is looking to further their career.


Responsibilities



  • Ability to deliver project on time and to perfection

  • Produce accurate, consistent and professional records, reports and general information

  • To carry out the role of company representation on site and to interface between the company and client

  • Manage and motivate site teams

  • Conduct Risk Assessments

  • Ensure all processes are being adhered to on a project by project basis

  • Ensuring that end product meets client's expectation in relation to build and finish

  • Reporting to Construction Director

  • All Health & Safety and other regulatory matters


Requirements:



  • Extensive main contracting background is essential

  • Previous £5M+ project experience

  • Ability to work on own initiative

  • Self-motivated and hard worker

  • Strong team building skills

  • Analytical and decision making skills

  • Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry important

  • Advance knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint and industry specific software

  • Strong budgeting and financial management skills

  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills
