CSR are delighted to working with a Co Armagh Fit-Out Company to appoint an Estimator to join their team.


The Company, a leader in their field have built a solid reputation across various sectors including, retail, hospitality, office space, high end residential, education & healthcare.


 


Typical Estimating Responsibilities to include the following:-


 


o    Preparation of tenders from initial enquiry through to tender submission.


o    Preparation of completed tender documents


o    Preparation of cost, value and reconciliation reports on each project.


o    Liaison with suppliers & clients regarding project progress ensuring information and costs meet the requirements of each          project.


o    Attend site meetings when required to determine project  progress


o    Monitoring of materials and labour costs to ensure projects are in budget.


o    Communicate contractual issues with Clients.


 


 


The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' estimating experience either form a fit-out background or from a main building background.


 


Relevant degree in construction related discipline.
