Divisional Manager - Planned Maintenance


CSR Construction is working with a Medium Sized Building Contractor, who is seeking a Divisional Manager to come in and oversee Contracts Managers, Site Managers and a Tenant Liaison Officer.


The role: To have overall reasonability for providing visible leadership and direction to manage effectively all site based activities to ensure that all concurrent projects are delivered on time, to the required standards and within budget, whilst maximising client satisfaction.

Knowledge and skills




  • Sound understanding of NEC and JCT contracts

  • Excellent understanding of construction

  • Experience of leading and developing a team

  • A well-developed knowledge of health & safety, legislation and practice

  • Knowledge of budgets and costing, including project forecasting and control

  • Excellent Project / Programme Management skills

  • Ability to read and understand project drawings and information

  • Commercial awareness

  • Good IT skills including competence in using MS Project, Outlook, Word and Excel

  • Environmental awareness

  • Considerate Constructors scheme awareness

  • Attended Managing Safety in Construction Site Supervisors training

  • Holds CSR Gold Card
