An excellent opportunity exists for a Bid Writer/ Contracts Coordinator to join a busy building contractor based in Co. Tyrone.

This well-known contractor is looking to bring in a Bid Writer with a proven track record in the construction industry. Typical projects undertaken by the company include new build commercial, education & residential.


About the Role:

  • Coordinated the delivery of PQQ and ITT

  • Maintained and updated bid library

  • Identified potential bids via tendering portals

  • Scheduled the delivery of PQQ and ITT documents

  • Assign Bids to assistants

  • Prepare fee documentation and PQQ Information

  • Write, review and proof read bid proposals

  • Contracts Coordinator duties

About the Candidate:

  • Should be highly motivated & innovative

  • The ideal bid coordinator will have proven experience within the Construction industry either as a writer or coordinator

  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills

  • Ideally the successful Bid Coordinator will be looking for a new role that will offer progression and stability

  • Fine eye for detail and good time management skills
